About me
Hi, my name is Sanchit Grover, and welcome to my author website! Now that you've taken the trouble of visiting, let me tell you a bit about myself.
Born in Jalandhar, Punjab, and raised in different parts of the country, I have always been inclined towards writing. My writing journey started as a sports blogger and later transitioned into a role as a copywriter. After years of crafting engaging content, I decided to drop the pen and grab the throttle, exploring the skies in my quest to become a commercial pilot. But as they say, you can take the writer out of writing, but you can't take the writing out of the writer. I kept writing on the side to make sure I didn’t completely abandon something I truly enjoy.
Today, I am fortunate to be doing the two things I love most: flying and writing. When I'm not soaring through the skies or penning down my thoughts, you'll find me at the gym or passionately watching sports. As a big sports buff, I find it hard to contain my emotions whenever my team is on the field. Yes, I scream when my team scores, cuss when things don't go our way, and cry when we lose. I enjoy watching football, cricket (which Indian doesn’t?), and tennis.
Currently residing in India, I once lived in South Africa, busy fulfilling my dream of becoming a pilot. From one lifelong dream to another, my goal of becoming a published author was achieved with the release of my debut book: Luck, Fluke or Destiny?, a contemporary fiction that I hold close to my heart not just because it is my first but also because it took years of dedication to create something I can be truly proud of.
